Born from a new philosophy of care, Éthos represents a new chapter in regenerative wellness, where knowledge is applied to preserve vitality and longevity.

Éthos is a private sanctuary devoted to wellness, a place where calm is felt the moment you step inside. Soft light, considered detail, and deeply restorative scalp rituals create an experience designed to slow the nervous system and release tension held in the head and body. It feels indulgent, but it is intentional.

Beneath that calm sits clinical precision. As a Trichology led centre, we look beyond surface care to understand the biology influencing your body, so every ritual is guided by insight, not guesswork. Beyond the ordinary spa and far from the traditional salon, Éthos is where luxury and expertise converge into care

Sena Karagoz

Co-Founder

As a founding partner of Éthos, I.A.T Sena Karagoz guides the clinic as its principal Trichologist. Her professional path in cosmetic aesthetics commenced in 2021, and she is a member of the International Association of Trichologists (I.A.T.) and a registered AHPRA practitioner.

Sena’s philosophy centres on the belief that healthy hair begins with a healthy scalp and a balanced approach to wellbeing. While she is trained to assess and manage complex hair and scalp concerns, she is equally passionate about creating a space where clients can relax, reset and care for themselves. Through calming head spa rituals and personalised scalp treatments, Sena focuses on nurturing the scalp environment, supporting natural hair vitality, and helping clients feel restored both physically and mentally.

Batuhan Karagoz

Co-Founder

Batuhan Karagoz, Co-Founder of Éthos Trichology, brings a background grounded in discipline, service, and a strong sense of care for others. His time in the Australian Army shapes his values of structure, consistency, and commitment, qualities he now applies in helping build a clinic centred on trust, professionalism, and genuine client care. At Éthos, Batuhan plays a key role in creating an environment where people feel comfortable prioritising their wellbeing.

He is passionate about creating a space where self-care feels approachable and restorative. Batuhan believes that caring for your hair and scalp should not feel clinical or intimidating, but rather calming and rejuvenating. This philosophy helped shape the vision for Éthos, a space designed to feel welcoming, relaxing, and refined, where clients can slow down, unwind, and invest in their overall wellbeing.

Hair loss rarely exists in isolation, and neither should its treatment. This is a space where you understand your hair, perhaps for the first time.
